We are a 30 minute drive to Santa Barbara. Everything on our property is current stylistically and functionally. We provide weekly lawn care and house cleaning. The owners reside on property in the barn and are completely separate from main home area and amenities. They manage all staff and animals on property. The guests are free from any property chores. Our monthly lease price includes all utilities. There is a monthly cap on Heat at 800 per month and 650 on electricity.
