When the current owners bought this home they started updating. First was a new roof and some new carpet(2006). Next was a whole new Bath w/Jacuzzi tub and Ceramic (2009) Next was a new Furnace and AC (2010) Now, since he already had a 24X24 Gar. w/workbenchs, She got a complete new Kitchen, w/laminate floor and new appliances.(2010) They were about to get to some outside updating when I came along and sold them another home. All it needs now is a little outside work. The inside deserves a look!
