Beautiful home located in a quaint and quiet Clearwater neighborhood. The house boasts ~2400 sq ft of living and is situated on a 1/2 acre lot that encircles a small pond. A screened-in porch on the back side of the home makes for an excellent place to enjoy your morning coffee or for those Sunday dinners all while looking out across the pond. There are 4 bedroom in total. One is a master suite with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The other 3 bedrooms are standard size. There are 2 full bathrooms and one half bath inside the house and an additional full bathroom/shower in the garage. Garage can accommodate 2 standard sizes vehicles. Floors are mostly tiled with carpet in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Amenities include newer central A/C and Heat, whole-house water softener, SimpliSafe alarm system. Lawn maintenance is included in the monthly rent. The home is presently furnished as shown in the pictures and those furnishings can remain there for your use or I can remove them. Rent remains the same with or without furnishings. While we love all pets, we do have limits on the type and quantity of pets that reside in the house. House will be ready to rent within 1 to 2 months. Lease will initially be a one-year term and month-to-month thereafter. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities including electric, cable/wifi and water/sewer/trash. I require first month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent for move-in. If tenant decides to keep the existing furnishings, I will not be responsible for replacing the furnishings. Smoking inside the home or in the screened porch is absolutely prohibited.
