There is a large front porch that allows room for outdoor dining & a smaller porch on the end of the house facing the driveway. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. There is not a garden on site but the tenant is allowed to have a garden if they choose. There is high speed internet available at the renter's expense, perfect for anyone who wants to work from home. BUT, running a personal business out of the home is not permitted. Rent: Monthly rent is $2,100.00 which includes lawn mowing and driveway snow removal. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. We require a one-year lease commitment.
