This is a wonderful home close to Boyne Mountain with one bedroom and a bedroom loft, a wood stove in the house and a second in the "person cave" that's adjacent to the house. This super cool heated building is being used as party central with pool table (make an offer) but there are many other things you can do with it such as yoga studio or artist retreat. The large bathroom in the house was recently remodeled and has a stackable washer/dryer. The kitchen is large enough to have a dining table and chairs as well as a hutch. Yes, the rot iron pot rack does come with the house as does the newer gas stove. The back yard is an oasis with trails just outside of the parameter that meander throughout Challenge Mountain. This great house is close to all of the amenities that our wonderful area has to offer. While it's perfect for one or two people it's also the perfect AirBB.
