Windsor Park is a very secluded and private subdivision that happens to be extremely close to the Dunedin border with all its amenities and beautiful walkable downtown. The backyard is large, fully fenced and is landscaped beautifully. This house has been in the same family since 1971 and has been kept up and loved since!
