Hello, I have lived here for 9 years and absolutely love it! It is truly an amazing place. I am only leaving to take advantage of a job opportunity out west. My landlords are as close as it gets to being family without the same last name. I am going to help then find a renter for this home. It's a 3 bedroom rancher built in 1969. 1350 square ft. Smaller rooms and small closets. Has two full baths, but these have only showers in them, small showers. No bathtubs. A beautiful sunroom as well. AC is cheap in the summer, heat is a bit more expensive in the winter. There is a shed & 1 1/2 car garage detached, not able to use as car garage, it's location behind the house. There's a brick grill, fire pit, horse shoe pits, and garden set up already! Location is key! On cox creek with amazing and I mean amazing views. These pictures don t even come close to the amazing things you see here daily. When I worked here, most of my clients lived on the water and there are very very few places that can match this view. Also, the nature I see and things I get to do. I see eagles almost every morning now. During the spring/summer lots of heron and osprey. I crab off my pier, from my traps to my steamer! I fish off my pier and have caught all kinds of fish. No big rockfish! Gotta go out way further for them. I have oysters that show up after storms and winds. Just walk along the bank and pick them up, little necks too. There used to be an oyster bar here. I swim here, kayak here, canoe here, and boat here. I'm sure there's even more that I'm leaving out.
