Damage: Where Tenants cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, it is expected Tenants inform Landlord of the damage as soon as possible and work with the Host to find a reasonable solution. Tenants are expected to pay reasonable requests for reimbursement if they're responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Approved Tenants: Tenants should respect the approved number of tenants and should ask their Landlord if they're unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. No Smoking: Tenants should not smoke inside home unless they are allowed to do so by the Host. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. Cleanliness: Tenants should not leave the home in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (moldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets, etc.). Litter: Tenants should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Place food scraps in trash to avoid clogging the food disposal. No Fireplaces: Please do not use the fireplaces. Flameless property, no candles except battery operated Noise: Tenants should respect designated quiet hours (10 PM-7 AM) and should not disturb the surrounding community with a disruptive level of noise (loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.). Parking/Lawn -Park in the driveway and in front of home on the street. Do not block neighbors' driveways. -Parking is available on the driveway for three vehicles. No EV Charging at the home.
