Stay cool all summer long and warm in the winter with central air and a propane furnace. Work from home, no problem. Home comes with commercial grade internet for fast upload and downloads. Like the outdoors? Hiking, canoeing/swimming, skiing (all within 5 miles.) Looking for culture? Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow and Shakespeare & Co. are all less than 30 minutes away. Great Barrington, Lenox and Stockbridge are all less than 20 minutes away and have lots of charm and great food. Occupancy is limited to four individuals, no pets. Renter pays first and last months rent in advance. Rent due 1st of the month. House comes with business-class (reliable) Internet. Tenant pays for heat and electricity. Private well with a full house water filtration system. 100,000 gallons are included per year. Kitchen sink water tap filtration replaced annually. Tenant is responsible for trash removal and can apply for a trash removal sticker at their own cost. Property is professionally managed and home checks happen 2x per month. Tenant is prohibited from using attic, cellar or outside sheds. All living spaces are on the same floor with a step between the kitchen and laundry/mud room. Tenant is prohibited from repainting the property. Artwork or any non-attached items will be removed at Tenant's request. No pets or smoking/vaping of any kind is permitted on the premises. This is a quite, family neighborhood so quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
