Fix it up or tear down this 3 bd, 2 ba yr round cabin has damage from the July 2019 storm. The foundation and bones seem solid but there is extensive roof damage as well as deck, soffit & siding damage. Very nice easterly facing lot w/very little elevation to the water. Seller is selling As-Is with all the current furnishings in the cabin. Sewer and sand point well have not been used in a few years but worked last time in use. Mold is present from the roof leaking, do not enter out onto the lakeside deck. Water & electric will not be turned on for inspections. Same owner for the past 43 years.
