Started building in 2000. Never completely finished. Sits on approximately 6 acres good for hunting or hiking. Large pond. Needs soffit, vinyl siding finishing from storm damage 2 years ago. New 35 year shingle roof installed in 2024. 9 miles from civilization. Not convenient to anything other than the Gauley River. Comes with small cabin facing pond. Built on piers. Some of the foundation has been since completed. Kids kept arriving so we never had time to complete the house. Now I'm to old and lazy to finsh it. Time to down size.
