4 bedroom 1 bath home with a 20x20 We require a 1 year lease agreement with a 30 day notice before vacating. Reimbursement of deposit is based upon the condition the home is left in. All utilities and garbage fees are the responsibility of the tenant, we do not cover those fees. No smoking inside the home. Tenant is responsible for changing out A/c filters every 30 days and if damages occur due to dirty filters the cost is the responsibility of the tenant. All yard upkeep according to city ordinances are the responsibilities of the tenant. There is a 10% late fee if rent is paid after the 5th of each month plus a &10.00 per day each day after along with an eviction notice if fees are not paid in a timely manner.
