Ols house. Mom was raised in it. She recently passed away. She grew up on the property in the house. Addition later added on extra bedroom with half bath side door that goes out to carport. I love I got to grow up in this house. And experience the wonders of how amazing an attic fan feels on a hot summer night. Or how you could enjoy a nice warm fire in the master bedroom. The middle room which is referred to as the twins room. Bc my mom was a twin. Yep she had a double running around with her. I love the fact the house has so much family history and angels protecting it. I currently live in Arizona. At this time. This is not for sale. The land surrounding what I got, belongs to Joel Stephens. I do not plan on selling the property. Or living there full time. Nice location for my son to learn how about his family and where his Mommy grew up. I do need what I got appraised. Anyone who does appraisals on property and or specializes in real estate, probation, deeds and or inheritances. Seems Carrie and Joel think I will sell for 10 dollars. Which is a joke, slap to my face ultimate betrayal. Stabbed in the back. Anyhow. That's what I love about this house. It's mine. Pecan trees line the drive way. Produced amazing pecans for pecan pie and other yummy treats. Cane patch where you can pick your fishing pole and have at it.
