There is also a covered front porch and large back deck. All utilities are included in rental price. Our home and property is 100% non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Renter minimum age is 25. Rental is currently available on a month-to-month basis until May, 2026 PLEASE NOTE $1300 security deposit required with first month rent (deposit will be returned if no damages found upon departure.) $500 non-refundable holding fee required to hold unit for 1-14 days. An additional $500 non-refundable holding fee required to hold unit for an additional 16+ days. These holding fees will be applied to first month rent upon guest arrival to unit. 30-day minimum lease required. Home is fully furnished. Tenant may not move our furniture to bring in their own furniture. All utilities are paid for by landlord including, heat, water, electricity, internet, trash removal, lawncare and snow removal from driveway. Tenant is responsible for shoveling front and back steps and walkways to keep steps clear for emergencies and putting trash bins out for pick-up weekly and then putting them back inside basement. Property is strictly non-smoking inside and outside. Pets are not allowed.
