Really beautiful land with Little Dan River running through. Several fields for animals or gardens. Some fencing in place. An apple orchard and blue berry patch already established. Several outbuildings, some in good shape, including a guest bldg., a car/workshop, 2 chicken coops and log barn. Land is level to slightly rolling. Most of acreage very usable. Old farmhouse is quaint but needs repair. Some remodeling was started. Looks like hardwoods under vinyl. Newer well also. Little Dan River is large and runs behind the house.
