It is an excellent location right off of Cary Parkway, near Lake Pine Rd. This *two bedroom* home is quite spacious with a living room, dining room, a kitchen with eat in bar and pantry. A lovely sun room, overlooking a private yard, is the perfect place for your morning breakfast and/or coffee and a screened in porch beyond. The home has lots of windows that let in the beautiful sun. The flooring is a mix of freshly shampooed carpet and gorgeous Brazilian cherry wood floors in the sunroom and kitchen. There is a separate laundry room with the washer and dryer for your convenience. Tenants are responsible for water, gas (winter), and electricity (highest in the summer) bills. (Depending on the season, only one of the gas or electricity bill will be substantial. The other one will be much smaller) Tenants can utilize GoCary, a town transport service for a small fee.
