This is a FURNISHED, SHORT TERM rental, starting September 8, 2026 for 2 months, with 2 bedrooms (queen size bed in each) and 1.5 baths. (One bedroom and one bath will be closed off and locked to deny tenant access.) The rest of the house is open for your use. This home is on a lovely, quiet cul-de-sac. It is an excellent location right off of Cary Parkway, near Lake Pine Rd. This *two bedroom* home is quite spacious with a living room, dining room, a kitchen with eat in bar and pantry. A lovely sun room, overlooking a private yard, is the perfect place for your morning breakfast and/or coffee and a screened in porch beyond. The home has lots of windows that let in the beautiful sun. The flooring is a mix of freshly shampooed carpet and gorgeous Brazilian cherry wood floors in the sunroom and kitchen. There is a separate laundry room with the washer and dryer for your convenience. Tenants are responsible for water, gas (winter), and electricity (highest in the summer) bills. (Depending on the season, only one of the gas or electricity bill will be substantial. The other one will be much smaller) Tenants can utilize GoCary, a town transport service for a small fee. Within a mile or two, one can reach either of two grocery/restaurant/bank/etc shopping centers. It is a very friendly neighborhood and a lovely environment in which to live. *This will be a SHORT TERM LEASE and is available for a period of 2 months, from 9/8/26 to 11/8/26. I am only renting out (2) of my (3) bedrooms, but tenant has sole access to the entire home.
