Also, lightly sanded cabinets, doors and trim in all 3 bathrooms and restrained with Howard's Restain, the used Howards Beeswax wood saver on them to preserve the finish from the steam and humidity of the bathrooms. 2021 - Installed new A/C system for house. Also, disconnected electric baseboard heat in Master B/R and installed a split heating/cooling heat pump system. .
