Spacious, nice house with hardwood floors and carpet, ceiling fans, mini blinds, washer and dryer, shed, central air. The bedrooms and living room are large. You pay all utilities and the rent is $1200 for four people. We require rental history (the dorms do count) and $1200 deposit. You take care of the yard work.
