It is located 30 miles Northwest of SF & 10miles West of San Rafael. You can sit out on the porch and enjoy an expansive front yard with a trampoline, tire swing, bbq, fire pit and outdoor play equipment. There is a seasonal creak in the front yard. You can walk to trails, ride bikes or explore around what was previously the San Geronimo Golf course and is now amazing trails open to the public for outdoor exercise. The house has everything you need to be comfortable and work or do school from home. The rental price includes internet and utilities. We have board games, books and many things to make your staycation or work as good as it can be given the circumstances. We can not have cats as we have allergies but a dog may be welcomed depending on the breed. 1 month Available Dec. 12th- Jan 12th.
