It also includes two showers, two half baths, and a washer and dryer. The pavilion is an ideal spot for gathering, with picnic tables, a propane Weber grill, and a wood-burning fireplace. Dogs are permitted with an additional $100 fee, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Dogs must be crated if left alone at the property. Charcoal and firewood are not provided, so guests are encouraged to purchase firewood from local vendors. Ample parking is available at the base of the driveway, with single-file parking within the driveway itself. Trailers are prohibited. Check-in begins at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Arriving early or departing late will result in additional charges. Smoking is only allowed outside. No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted. A car is required to access the property, and 4WD is highly recommended as the property is located on a gravel road.
