This is a newly renovated large 3 bedroom 2 bath doublewide home located in the Evergreen MHC just outside of downtown Ionia. The lease is Month-to-Month and automatically renews at the end of each period until either party provides the other with a written 30-day notice of intent to terminate lease agreement. Rent includes the house payment, lot rent, & monthly trash service. Tenant is responsible for the gas and electric provided thrpugh Consumers Energy and also will receive a monthly water/sewer bill from the park. All pets must be pre-approved prior to moving the pet into the home. There is a maximum of (2) pets per household. Each pet requires a $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet and each pet increases the monthly rent obligation $25 per month per pet. The Landlord requires to do a meet-n-greet with each pet to determine the pets demeanor. The Landlord reserves the right to refuse any pet that it deems as a threat to the Community. A Tenant is only allowed to have a pet if they already have it prior to moving in. No pet(s) are added or approved after the lease agreement is signed. All pets will be clearly listed as an approved pet in the lease agreement and that cannot be changed/altered after the commencement date.
