Lease is month to month and automatically renews at the end of each rental period. Rent includes the lot rent, house payment, and monthly trash service. Park bills for water/sewer. Rent is due on the 1st of thd month. A $50 late fee is a applied to any rent received after the 5th. Tenant is responsible for the gas/electric utilities which are provided through Consumers Energy. All pets MUST be pre-approved by the Landlord prior to the tenant bringing the pet into the home. There is a maximum of (2) pets per household. Rent is increased $25 per month per pet, and a $200 non-refundable pet fee is required per pet. Tenant must be able to provide up-to-date vaccinations. Landlord may ask to do a meet and greet with the animal to determine the pets demeanor prior to approval.
