The height was selected to fit most shirt and pant sizes, but it may be adjusted if required. The 2nd spare bedroom is a more spacious 10' 11" x 16' 1" with a professionally installed Elfa storage system set into the wall so as to take up less space. Coupled with a dresser, this will allow the person in this room to have lots of storage space for clothes.
