It has a large upper and lower yard, Bertazzoni gas range, dishwasher, and a huge kitchen. We are looking for tenants with at least a 670 credit score and a positive rent history. This is a year-round rental on a month-to-month basis. A year-long lease is not required. However, a written month-to-month agreement is required and a 30-day written notice will be required by either the tenant or the landlord prior to the termination of tenancy. First, and security is required prior to lease commencement. Renter's insurance is required. Home will be rented partially furnished and does not include utilities.
