Apartment is sizable and can fit additional amenities and furniture. Shuttle bus to Erie runs near it and is free for students. I currently do not live on location but can meet if necessary to sign over the lease. Exclusive to a student attending Edinboro University, Pennsylvania. Lease is for 2 semesters one half ($3,425) paid by August 1st 2024 (time is negotiable) and the other January 1st 2025. Move in is August 17th. Requires a $250 security deposit and may be kept for additional school terms. Utilities included in the payments and internet is also included but you will have to pay/set up separate. I am the current lessee and am trying to transfer my current lease (no profit). The lessor is Darrow Place apartment and they be involved in the transfer.
