Was designed to be a 3 bedroom but I have left it a 2 bedroom. Located in close proximity to thousands and thousands of acres of Forest Service and BLM public lands. Hunting/viewing = elk, mule deer, whitetails, some antelope, mountain lions and bear. For plinking, there are gophers on the property. My wife and I have both harvested smaller "meat" mule deer bucks on this place. Elk frequent the property during the winter. River and stream fishing (primarily trout) is close by. Only selling because of major life change. Selling as is, may not qualify for conventional financing because of siding.
