2100 Springport Apartments features studios, one and two bedroom apartments with modern features. Our large, two bedroom condos have two walk out patios and include a garage with a large storage area. All of our apartments have stainless steel appliances, new carpet and wood style flooring, and modern plumbing and light fixtures. We are in the process of adding a clubhouse, fitness center and upgrading the two courtyards. We are currently offering leases from 6 to 12 months. We are also pet friendly and allow cats and dogs up to 75lbs. The maximum number of pets in one apartment is 2. Smoking is not allowed in the building, but our residents are able to smoke outside. Also, tenants are responsible for their utilities.
