    Large Almond orchard for sale. 650 gross acres with 515 Acres of Almonds planted and farmed. Almonds were planted in 2007. Varieties are: 50% Butte, 25% Wood Colony, and 25% Padre. The other varieties are: 50% Carmel and 50% Price. Spacing is 14 x 22, and the orchard is on a drip system. 2 Ag wells with electric pumps, and 1 additional diesel booster pump out of the ponds that provides plenty of water for this orchard. The property is located in the Corning Water District with 531.23 acres in the district. The irrigation systems are in place to use the district water, when water is available. The northern well was recently drilled and has a 200 hp turbine pump motor that is capable of producing between 2,500 and 3,000 gallons per minute.
