It’s just minutes from Two Rivers Park boat launch, frisbee golf, and a small, lush trail for walking or horseback riding. The land is fenced on three sides and irrigated with CID water. A large 40' x 56' shop includes two levels: 2,240 sq ft on the main floor and 1,600 sq ft upstairs, both with raised ceilings—up to 15 feet on the upper level. The shop is connected to an engineered septic system and a well. There is an apartment located on the main level, and construction was started next to it to create an 800 sq. ft. ADU.
