Conveniently located between Ashburn and Leesburg, it's only a 5-minute drive to the Dulles Greenway Toll Road if you need to travel farther east into the city. Here, though, you'll escape city noise, lights, and traffic, enjoying peace, privacy, and a beautiful country retreat. Again - there is no suburban or city noise, lights or traffic. It's quiet and secluded. The cottage comes equipped with modern amenities like central AC and heat, washer, dryer. If you are a work from home tech person, it is wired for Verizon high-speed Fios internet. You will have a large covered front porch and a spacious back porch, both offering secluded views of no development. There is an expansive front and back yard that include a big fire pit if you want to entertain. It will work well if you have dogs. We have Invisible Fence available. The Cottage is situated atop a large, empty unfinished basement that provides ample space for storage, a workshop, or even a gym.
