Looking for 1 roommate for our 4 bedroom apartment. The Apartment is very large, spacious, and quiet. This is a very safe neighborhood and building to move into. The available bedroom is fully furnished and has a window air conditioner unit plus central heating radiator. I have one dog & two very small cats; so we can not have anymore pets move in. My pets are sweet and very friendly and love humans; they stay in my room the majority of the time. The kitchen is very large and spacious and has sitting area and plenty of cabin space. I live with a couple (2 adults) and their 2 quiet small elementary level kids who occupy two bedrooms. This is a family building, and has very well insulated walls and building which helps keep units very quiet. The Q\B train is across the street. There is a large grocery store 1 block from the building, plus several fruit and spice stores all around our block, and farmers market 2 avenues away every Sunday. The post office is across the street. The apartment building has several cute coffee shops around it and Prospect Park is only a 15 minute walk and Brooklyn college is 6 minute walking distance. I work from home the majority of the time. Both myself and my roommates are homebodies & introverts; we are home the majority of the time but stay in our bedrooms unless we are using the kitchen. With this said we need someone who stays to themselves and is quiet, clean, picks up after themselves and is also introverted. (There are no parties allowed on the property). The room dimensions are 8' x 10 1/2'. The Wifi, Electricity, Gas, water, and cleaning services for common areas are are included in the monthly fee of $500. Rent is $1300 / month and all utilities, including cleaning services of common areas, are $500/month. Both rent and utilities must be paid together by 1st of every month. Also, a deposit of $1800 is required before moving in, along with the 1st month rent. Deposit will be returned in full: 14 days after move out as long as the renter did not cause any damage to the apartment, bedroom rented, and furniture in the bedroom and building during their move in, rental, and move out.
