    Unique property - being sold "as-is" as it will not qualify for VA, USDS or FHA financing, but home is completely livable. Started as a small homestead built around 1880 (County says 1900) ... but in 1980 the owners added a huge wrap around addition on the right and rear including a new front door to the right on front porch, bathroom with shower, coat closet, Great Room with vaulted ceiling, Sun Room with vaulted ceiling, large 29x10 deck accessible from both the Sun Room and Great Room, Kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space with a large peninsula breakfast counter, a large Laundry/half bath also with room for a large fridge and freezer with a new back door, plus a Dining Room with built-ins, as well as a central heat pump system (later replaced in 2015). Since majority of house was actually built in 1980, that is why the year built stated as 1980. At some point they also added an ADT alarm system, which is still functioning. The upstairs is about 400 SqFt but is NOT heated and is NOT included in the SqFt. This home used to be on a well (left rear of house) but they connected onto public water many years ago. It had an out house (see toward right rear - now an old garden shed). In addition, it has an old barn (has leaned for 20 years) that has a carport lean-to that covers the garden tractor. Behind house there were 3 separate garden areas that owner kept up until 1 year ago. This listing is for the house, leaning barn to the left with approximately 1 acre of land (to be surveyed by sellers, negotiable up to 1.5 acres), newer barn (across the street) that was built with 3 horse stables, tack room, storage room, double carport over to older deteriorating storage room and lean-to on front covering tractor (also has a water faucet run from the house and also power with separate meter), plus 4 fenced dog runs (owner kept hunting dogs) and approximately 14 acres (to be surveyed by sellers). Owner used to keep horses on the land with the barn with stalls. This property shows as an Agricultural Farms-General with 39.59 deeded acres - with about 16.55 on the side where the house is and about 22.0 acres on the side with the barn-stables-dog pens are. This is a wonderful family estate where the family wants to keep the majority of the acreage. However, if interested, they may consider selling the entire property for the right price.
