The expansive back lanai is the real showstopper, featuring our resort-style pool & hot tub! We invite you to take a leisurely dip or swim, zip down the water slide, bask in the serenity of the waterfall grotto, and unwind in the poolside seating both at the bottom and top of the pool. Not to mention, the pool can be heated if that is more to your liking. There are a total of four different seating areas in the back lanai, where you can lounge, as well as dine al fresco with seating for 7 at outdoor dining table. The outdoor kitchen & wet-bar area is equipped with an outdoor flat-screen TV, BBQ, full-size refrigerator, pearl ice maker, and additional seating for 7 at high-top koa table. We encourage you to wash away any & all worries in the outdoor surfboard-shower and immerse yourself in the hot tub beneath the fragrant plumeria, especially after a lovely day spent adventuring around the island. The inside of the house is as accommodating as the outside. The kitchen boasts a large peninsula with bar seating, as well as plenty of cabinet and counter space to meet all your chef-ing needs. The kitchen includes a wine fridge, dishwasher, two full-size refrigerators, range, free hanging hood, microwave, toaster oven, and is well-stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and drinkware. The kitchen is open to the dining area with dining table with seating for 6 and a gorgeous chandelier. The kitchen & dining areas also open up to the living area, featuring a large L-shaped couch, side chair, flat-screen TV, work desk & chair, record player, books, two ceiling fans, and two split AC units. When it's time to rest or turn in for the night, the bedrooms provide refreshing breezes, cozy beds, as well as AC for your comfort. The master bedroom, features a king size bed, work desk & chair, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and en suite full bathroom. The luxurious master bathroom has a double sink vanity, flat-screen TV, freestanding tub, separate shower with excellent water pressure, and a toilet. The second bedroom includes one full size bed (sleeps 2) and one twin size bed (sleeps 1), sleeps 3 total. The third bedroom includes one trundle bed with two twin mattresses (sleeps 1 each), sleeps 2 total. There are also two other full bathrooms with single sink vanity, shower, and toilet. Our home is furnished with a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and sink. Wifi/cable are also included. Lastly, there is also a front lanai with lounge seating, an oasis away from the lively back lanai. Two outdoor parking stalls are available. Please feel free to make use of our paddle board, surfboard, and other beach gear. The neighborhood beach is delightful during the day, as well as in the evening for sunset, so bring a towel or chair down with your favorite beverage and take in the beauty & impeccable vibes of our island home! *For pets, dogs are allowed.
