This is not a condo or a townhouse. We are considered houses joined by a party wall. All one level with an eat in kitchen, formal dining room, livingroom, mudroom, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a garage. Also has 2 outside patio areas and landscaped all around. You have other units just like mine listed for more money and we have the same floor plan.....do not understand this at all.....I paid more than what you have listed when I purchased the property in 2008. Please look into this and I hope you change what you have listed on your website.
