In 2022-2023 we replaced the roof, HVAC, and installed new carpet and hardwood floors. The house has a fenced-in backyard with pool and shed, and an extra refrigerator in the carport shed as well. The pool pump was just replaced. This was the perfect home for us. The neighbors are friendly and we think you'll love the home. We are open to leases longer than a year.
