It is within walking distance to Saigon Mall, Dollar Tree, Aldi, etc... as well as Dartmouth Elementary, Appolo Middle School and Berkner Highschool. Minimum one year lease. Application fee is $60 per SSN. Smoking inside the condo is not allowed. Tenant has one month to let me know if there is anything that needs to be taken care of. After that, tenant will pay the first $200 of any repair. If something costs $40, then tenant will pay $40. If something cost $250, tenant pays $200 and landlord pays $50. Reason for this policy is to make sure the tenant takes care of the property and do not destroy it.
