Super clean, 4 BR home on a very quiet street (with nice houses all around). Wood flooring and tile throughout (no carpet). Nice trees providing plenty of shade, a 6' privacy fenced in backyard, 2 car attached garage (with door opener) and automatic lawn sprinkler system. We really prefer no pets, but are willing to consider (case by case). My wife & I are responsive landlords, hoping for a long term leasing relationship with a clean and responsible tenant. New tenant should have good rental history (references required). Lawn & yard to be well kept at all times - (lawn-care may be added on to the monthly rent at a very reasonable rate). Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
