Woodruff Rd, downtown Simpsonville, and the new Bridgeway Station are a short drive. We are in the middle of everything, but it feels like the country This is a 12 month lease. Owner pays all utilities (gas, electric, water, trash, internet). No smoking in the property. Tenant is responsible for taking trash can to curb once a week. Owner will supply air filters but the tenant must replace them every 2 months. Since we are on a septic system absolutely nothing can be put in the toilets except toilet paper. The tub in the Master Bath can only be used as a shower.
