There is a small deck for grilling. All utilities are included (electric, gas, water, internet, trash) Appliances included: washer an dryer, electric range, and refrigerator We are located on 2.5 acres with a pond and a creek. Yes, there are fish, turtles, deer and a crane. We have easy highway access and close to grocery stores (Publix, Aldi, Walmart, Food Lion), restaurants. Woodruff Rd, downtown Simpsonville, and the new Bridgeway Station are a short drive. We are in the middle of everything, but it feels like the country This is a 12 month lease. Owner pays all utilities (gas, electric, water, trash, internet). No smoking in the property. Tenant is responsible for taking trash can to curb once a week. Owner will supply air filters but the tenant must replace them every 2 months. Since we are on a septic system absolutely nothing can be put in the toilets except toilet paper. The tub in the Master Bath can only be used as a shower.
