With an access to full bathroom (shared with one individual that's typically only home two days a week and it's a very clean/quiet/amicable person), use of kitchen(including cooking/eating utensils) and use of living room. In a VERY clean and quite home:) I rent a month to month. Deposit is 100% refundable within 30 days of moving out providing everything is the same condition on moving in. Meaning the places clean and walls/carpet are in good condition and you clean up behind yourself:) I have lots of flexibility, most of the time to meet you and yes, come look at the place first!
