Must like Dogs I have one and he's friendly. Will allow your dog if he's house
trained and disciplined and gets along with other dogs.
Would prefer male and church going Christian Conservative minded.
Would prefer Non-smoking, Non vaping. However, if you are a smoker I will
accept that if you keep that outside no smoking anything inside the house.
Alcohol is acceptable if modest about it. A beer once in a while is ok.
Please no hard drugs.
Must be able to provide back ground check credit check give your employment
status and sign a contract for at least a year and first moths rent.
Must pay half on the back ground check of $35.00 NON refundable.
Must go through an interview with me and my roommate at public place like a
coffee shop.
Two Men live in this house right now me and my roommate. We have a pretty
good thing going on and do not want any drama I need to emphasize no drama
at all! It is pretty peaceful quiet around here accept for an occasional TV noise.
$1000,00 a month plus utility's Electricity, Garbage, Internet split 3 ways.
Electricity goes up every and have wood stove to mitigate the electric bill for I
have electric heat.
Internet is only 12 mbps now but will be improved with your rent money up to
possible 100 mbps.
You want TV you have to get satellite and that will be at Your own expense.
Me and my roommate are not interested in main stream TV.
Have over 2,169 Sqft, in this house yours is a 12.7x 12.7 room with closet.
You will have to share the Bathroom with my roommate. There is also a spare
small bath room toilet sink off side of front living room.
Access huge kitchen connected to 45ft of deck space. Might want to consider
getting a Mini fridge for your room as the main fridge will fill up quickly. And will
buy another fridge or freezer chest for down stairs with your rent money for
more food storage.
You will share house hold weekly chores with us. Typical vacuum, mop floors,
dust, Clean kitchen. The Kitchen the most used area is to be kept clean daily. Do
not leave dishes in sink no excuse. Have dish washer I run nightly. Easy pre rinse
and put in dish washer.
Friends and family may come to visit, land lord must be per notified and no one
can stay overnight.
Have spare rooms down stairs for extra storage. Have laundry room down stairs
washer dryer. Access to garage space is available as well.
We will still have to figure out parking as the spaces I do have, might block others
in.
Occasionally if you can do some yard work or other labor intensive work or other
project. I would give some money off your rent for that work that month.
