The mudroom leads through French doors into the living room with a wood-burning stove and garden views. Through the living room is an open kitchen with garden views (great bird watching). One bathroom and the new stackable washer/dryer are also on the main floor. Upstairs is a full bathroom with bathtub, and mountain/forest/sunset views. Both bedrooms have skylights and vaulted ceilings; the master bedroom has an attached sunroom (a permitted, converted deck) with a dedicated work area, and amazing views of the mountain range, forest, and sunsets. Heated with gas and an air-tight wood stove. (My previous tenants used the wood stove all winter and avoided turning on the heater.) Cable tv/internet service and phone available. Tenant pays gas, electric, internet/cable. Side yard and backyard are shared space with the garden apartment. (It has a separate entrance below the main house). Owner does not live on premises full-time. Owner pays for water. Tenant is responsible for snow removal on driveway and entryway in winter months, and raking leaves and watering the yard in warmer months.
