One bathroom and a new stackable washer/dryer are also on the main floor. Upstairs is a full bathroom with bathtub, and mountain/forest/sunset views. Both bedrooms have skylights and vaulted ceilings; the master bedroom has an attached sunroom with a dedicated work area, and amazing views of the mountain range, forest, and sunsets. Heated with gas and an air-tight wood stove. Cable tv/internet service and phone available. Tenant pays gas, electric, internet/cable. Owner pays for water. Tenant is responsible for snow removal on driveway and entryway in winter months, and raking leaves and watering the yard in warmer months. Lease term is flexible, as is which furnishings are included. An inventory of items included in the "furnished" rental will be provided with the lease. Parking for two cars.
