It is required that all residential renters maintain the commercial appearance and function of the Plaza. This means no loitering in the parking lot, no fixing of cars (oil changing, mechanical work), no pets, no sitting outside in lawn chair or BBQing etc. All activities must be done inside your rental unit, except for snow shoveling your front walk, getting mail from mail box and going to and from your vehicle. You are renting a single person unit for sleeping, watching tv/internet. This unit has a full bathroom and kitchen with stove top and refrigerator. The unit is not for having friends over (one person occupancy only, no sleep overs utility fee is based on one person). If you are not able to comply with these strict rules, please do not apply for this unit as it would make life very difficult for the both of us. If you break any of these rules, you will be asked to leave at the end of your two month lease (or sooner if reasonable terms are broken).
