Note form seller: This house is made from sawmill cut oak lumber. They aren't made this well anymore. It's very quiet and peaceful living here, yet close to stores for shopping. My grandchildren love to catch fireflies in the evening, climb the trees, and run in the yard. There is also plenty of space in back for a garden. If you enjoy wildlife, you can see deer and turkeys, and every spring you will be visited by a pileated woodpecker. The big trees surrounding the property help keep the house cool. I rarely had to use the air conditioner, just kept the windows open and enjoyed the breeze!
