Rare find. Small well equipped studio with a large fenced yard for your fur baby. This rental is optimal for a single person, but could accommodate 2 people if you don't need a lot of space for "stuff". I am open to a long term lease or a month to month lease. I am making every effort to avoid additional furniture being moved into the home (with some very small exceptions). I completed an extensive remodel this in the summer of 2022, and moving furniture in and out of homes cause more wear and tear. Given the age and uniqueness of the place, I am making every effort to respect and preserve the home. The studio for rent is around the back side of the home (see pictures with the trail down to the door). This house is over 130 years old. We are walking distance to the best breakfast spot in town (The Old European - home of the famous Abelskeivers) and everything you want to get to in downtown Pullman. It's a nice 15-20 min walk to any WSU event, and lots of bus line options as well. There is no shortage of charm (& quirks) in this well equipped studio suite! Completely remodeled basement studio (no windows) with magnetix rain shower and handheld shower too! Small, but well equipped kitchen. Keurig coffee maker. Brita filter for cold filtered water too! The studio has been most recently used as an air BNB so most of the essentials are already there for ya. There is no A/C, but since it is a basement, it rarely gets above 70 degrees so there really isn't a need for it. Futon couch that can be pulled out and a queen size firm memory foam mattress. (It will be a tight fit, but you can make it work! :D) All utilities are included. However, if you would like your own internet, that is possible, and I would offer a $25/mo discount to help cover that. I have 200 MBPS wifi currently but it is hard wired for the upstairs unit. Cats are okay with an additional non-refundable deposit of $150, and dogs will be considered on a case by case basis (same non-refundable $150 deposit). No size or breed restrictions on the dogs, rather just need to discuss how all the pets will be able to live in the close proximity and be sure it is a good fit for everyone. All utilities are included with the rent, including wireless internet (shared with upstairs main house). Pets are negotiable and on a case by case basis. Mainly I like to make sure I feel the pet would do well living at the property. I do not accept reusable tenant screening reports. I require an application through a third party screening company. Each adult over the age of 18 must apply.
