There is also room to garden if desired. Access to private lakefront wooded walking trail. Extremely private location. Covered parking. Zillow requires us to select a pet/no pet option...our actual position is that we are willing to discuss pets on a case by case basis. Interested parties may make an appointment to come view the property and then fill out a rental application. Credit and background check costs will be paid by applicant. If approved, initial lease will be for a 3-month term with the option to extend. First month's rent $1700 and deposit $1700 will be due 3 days prior to move in. Flat rate of $150/month for electric, water, sewage, and trash pick up is due with rent on the first of each month. Tenant is responsible for securing and paying for their internet service. Initial lease will be for three (3) months with an option to renew. ABSOLUTELY no smoking inside the home. Proof of Renters Insurance Required. We are easy to get along with but in general you must live a quiet lifestyle. Continued noise problems will be a cause for lease termination. We are open to reducing rent if tenant is interested in managing gardening responsibilities.
