The property consists of a partially furnished two floor home (2 beds & 1 bath on the top floor, 1 bed & 1bath on the bottom) with, a front yard with a fire pit and rough hewn backyard with access to the terraced street above. Off street parking is available across the street since the driveway is too steep for most cars. We are looking for well qualified renters who are respectful of this 100+ year old house and our lovely neighborhood. Pictures are of our house fully furnished, but only some pieces are staying. The house will be professionally cleaned before move-in. This home is very special to us and we're looking for renters who we feel will appreciate our house the way we do.
