We built a tiny house so that people can enjoy our remote location on a small budget. Our tiny house holds all the comforts of your home in a small but convenient package. The tiny house is located on our property, but is tucked away in an enchanted cedar forest. 30 minutes to GSP airport or downtown Spartanburg. 45 minutes to downtown Greenville, SC. 59 minutes to downtown Asheville, NC.
Water, propane, internet (60mbps down/20mbps up) and electricity is included with the rent. Tenant takes their own trash or pickup service can be arranged at additional cost.
