The house is a 5 bedroom house with 1,000 sq-ft of additions , House has 1 other tenant plus myself, if you rent the room the would be a total of 3 people living in the house. (Note if this add is still posted, the room is still available) Great opportunity! I've recently remodeled this wonderful home, super clean, largest model home in the neighborhood, a 5 bedroom house which includes 2 Master Bedroom suites and a bonus room. (Note: As of 3/30/19 room will be vacant, departing tenant will clean both Rooms, Bathroom, Kitchen, Carpets, and paint where needed. Cleaning will take place on 3/28 and 3/29; Room will be available on 3/30/19 to move in!). All the bedrooms are upstairs. The home has over 2,750sq ft, of which 1,050sq ft are recent additions, to the original home, making it one of the largest homes in the neighborhood! I down sized and acquired this property end of 2016. Mostly furnished from my previous home. However I'm in the process buying new furniture for the Bonus Room. (Some of the photos were taken just before I bought the home). I occupy one of the two master bedroom suites. Both the larger and small rooms face the back yard and overlook the Fruit trees. Note the Larger of the two rooms that's in this add is the exact same size as the Original Master Bedroom, but if you consider the Bathrooms, the room for rent has a full bathroom w/ tub and shower and the Bathroom itself is has twice the sq footage of the original master bedroom's bathroom, which only has a 3 1/2 x 3/1/2 square foot shower stall, plus additional square footage, as it was intended to service 4 bedrooms. Also since a 2nd master bedroom was added they converted one of the bedrooms into the 2nd master bathroom. Additionally, the room for rent is located in the North East Corner of the house, making it the quietest and coolest bedroom. *And the optional smaller room if desired is adjacent to it. the smaller bedroom could be rented as an office or if your a single parent and you have 1 child its available for a fee (Attention the smaller room would only be rented to the person that rents the larger bedroom listed in this add. So to the person who rents the larger bedroom and whether you rent the smaller room or not, there will only be one other renter and myself in the home, a total of 3 adults. If you are a single parent with a child, their would be a max of 3 1/2 permanent occupants. Who ever rents this room you and I will share the kitchen, which has everything you'll need. The third existing tenant eats out. There is a washer and dryer in an enclosed garage, a large back yard with a variety of fruit trees and a 7 burner BBQ area. I have yard and maid cleaning services. Utilities to be discussed: They include Electricity, Gas, Water, Trash, and Cable. I subscribe to All the Premium Cable Channels (i.e. HBO, SHOW TIME, STARZ, Encore, EPIX, and many, many, others such as Netflix, which we can share if you like). My home also has a state of the art Tank less Water Heater, a Whole House Fan, and a dual Zone HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and A/C) system, all of which cut utilities bills down significantly. Finally is safety, fire extinguisher up and down stairs and 4 outdoor security cameras backed you to a securely hidden DVR!
