Available is a beautiful 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment on S Mathilda Street in Bloomfield. I love the apartment and hate to see it go, however my job is moving me out of Pittsburgh. Therefore, both myself and my roommate are looking for 2 individuals to take over the 2 bedrooms in the apartment. Because of this, the move in date is flexible, ideally we are looking for someone with a move in date between October 1 - November 1. A little more about the apartment: Beautiful updated kitchen with newer appliances and granite counter tops. (Gas range/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal). Includes an island with built in bar, ideal for get-togethers/guests etc. Plenty of cabinet space as well as a large pantry allows room for ample storage. Conveniently located off of the kitchen is a covered patio, large enough for seating and a grill. Both bedrooms are very large and have plenty of room for a full bedroom set (we had queen sized beds, however both are large enough for a king beds). Both rooms have large closets as well as ceiling fans with lighting). The large living room has large bay windows which let in plenty of light as well as a functioning gas fireplace which doubles as a heat source during the winter. The apartment is located in a great location, within close walking distance to the heart of Bloomfield as well as West Penn Hospital and Childrens Hospital. This is very centrally located - a quick $5 cab ride/Uber can get you to the heart of Lawrenceville/Shadyside/Oakland. There is a bus stop to downtown Pittsburgh a two minute walk from the apartment, as well as two additional routes within a 5 minute walk. I have commuted to town this way for years and has proven to be very convenient. The apartment has forced air/air conditioning. Washer/dryer within the unit. Available off street parking behind building is available for a monthly fee. Hardwood floors expand throughout the apartment to all rooms except the bathroom and kitchen. Water is included with rent. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. The bedroom furniture will be going with us, however all common area items are negotiable to stay at the apartment. These can also be removed if you wish to move in your own furniture. The landlords require all individuals to be required to pass a credit check/provide previous landlord information. Sorry, no pets.
